Scot Seat leads the way in commercial seat safety and manufacture. Their seats are handcrafted in Scotland for commercial vehicles, camper vans, trains, marine, military transport and emergency service appliances.
Established in 2000, this family owned and operated business has steadily grown its global market presence. But the company wasn’t prepared to rest on its laurels. It wanted to make more noise. It wanted to make more sales. That is where we came in.
We kicked off by refreshing Scot Seat’s logo. Evolutionary rather than revolutionary, we refined the existing identity to make it fit for the modern marketplace without losing the brand values it represents.
Next, we designed and built a new responsive website to showcase the company’s capabilities and product range. With strong imagery, detailed product information and fast loading pages, the new site makes it easy for visitors to find what they need and turn into sales enquiries.
Alongside this, we introduced monthly content creation at the factory, capturing the craftsmanship, process and people behind the brand. This consistent stream of authentic content has significantly strengthened Scot Seat’s social media presence and engagement.
Since launching the new website and rolling out ongoing marketing activity, Scot Seat has seen a surge in sales enquiries from national and international clients. Continued work across social media and direct mail is driving more traffic back to the website and generating consistent, measurable leads.
